Project overview
Jubilee Square forms a key part of the CCOS (Civic Centre Opportunity Site) regeneration in the heart of St Albans — a landmark mixed-use development bringing together new homes, retail and public realm spaces designed to reconnect the city centre.

Our role
Cheshire Architectural Aluminium were appointed to design, supply and install the complete aluminium façade package, combining Technal’s high-performance DF75 Si window and Elegance 52 curtain wall systems.

Working closely with Morgan Sindall and the design team, CAA engineered bespoke solutions to achieve seamless interfaces with the project’s intricate stone façades and floating pillar features. Integrated glass Juliette balconies were incorporated directly within the glazing system, providing a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining full structural and weathering performance.

The result is a refined, technically complex façade package that balances architectural intent with precision manufacturing — delivering a standout example of Technal’s system versatility and CAA’s detailed project coordination
